Our Vision

At Mount Pleasant Primary School we firmly believe our main purpose is to ensure all our children are provided with the very best education so that every child has a firm foundation to build their future upon.  Our strong culture of high expectations and that standards do matter is paramount.  We firmly believe in providing our children with a varied and enriched curriculum experience to enable our children to have a rounded education as well as develop their vocabulary further.  British values of respect and tolerance for all people regardless of race, religion, culture is underpinned throughout our policies and curriculum.


Our Motto

Our motto is very simple, Think Big – Aim High.  We strongly believe in raising aspirations for all who enter Mount Pleasant or who are part of its community, and for all to fully believe in our motto. We believe it is essential for everyone in our school community to have high aspirations and fully believe that with the right attitude anything is possible.
