Special Educational Needs
Our SEND Offer at Mount Pleasant Primary
Mount Pleasant Primary School aims to be an inclusive school, which encourages and supports all children to achieve. We aim to maximise participation in, and minimise exclusion from, our curriculum and community. We believe that all children have a common entitlement to a broad and balanced curriculum which is accessible to them. We want our children to be fully included in all aspects of school life.
We believe that all children should be equally valued in school. We aim to eliminate prejudice and discrimination, and to develop an environment where all children can flourish and feel safe. We believe that educational inclusion is about maximising equal opportunities for all learners; we are committed to meeting the needs of all our pupils.
